Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the guidelines for interacting with our platforms and offerings. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store AND our physical, brick and mortar location. By accessing or using our site, or by making a purchase in our physical store, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms

By placing an order with 505Zia.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at checkout is the final price.
We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing.

3. Orders & Payments

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods.
Orders are processed upon successful payment authorization.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 3 business days.
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

We can accept returns within 29 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging, at owner's discretion.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone, including but limited to, refusing to refund for a used product.
As a company we will do our due diligence to make things right for our customers, but we are limited to only do what is within reason, which means all refunds are at the owner's discretion, with that being said ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

6. Warranty & Liability

Cell Phones: Customers may purchase an optional 1-year warranty, starting at $50. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and certain issues, subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase.
Glass Screen Protectors: Customers can purchase a lifetime warranty for $5 upfront, which allows them to replace the screen protector for $5 per replacement for the same phone.
Liquid Glass Screen Protectors: This type of screen protector wears off in 1 year and must be professionally installed for best results. While it enhances screen durability, we still recommend using a phone case for added protection, just like with any other screen protector.
Other products may come with a limited manufacturer warranty. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Privacy & Security

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
Transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.
